License Overlap Report
The License Overlap report lists one or more licenses which have been allocated more than once to the same application.
Generating the Report
To generate the report, perform the following steps.
To generate a License Overlap report:
- Go to the License Overlap report (Reporting > License Reports > License Overlap).
- Click Run report to display results for all licenses across all enterprise groups.
Limiting the Report Results
Located from left to right below the report title are the following search fields:

Using the search field labeled License | Click the search icon and choose a single license for this report. |
Using the search field labeled Enterprise | Click the search icon and choose one or more enterprise groups to include in this report. |

Reading the Report
The following columns (listed alphabetically) are available in this list. By default, some are available through the column chooser.

| Computer domain | The name of the domain to which the computing device belongs. Displays flexera.com if this is a dummy device record created for imports through your connector to SaaS Management. Editable in the General tab of the discovered device properties. |
| Computer name | The name of the computing device. The value of this field is automatically generated by the discovery process. |
| License name | The license name may be: Copied from the first-linked software product Derived from the License Name field of the SKU in the first-linked purchase (or if there is no SKU, from the purchase Description field) Created manually. The Name value is editable in the Identification tab of the license properties. |
| User name | The first, middle, and last names of the user. Editable in the Full name field on the General tab of the user properties. |
