Deleting Existing Contextual Data

IT Visibility with Technology Intelligence Platform is required to use Contextual Data Mashup in Flexera One. For more information about what version of export you are using, see Versions of the IT Visibility Export Feature.

You can permanently remove previously uploaded contextual data.

note

When the data source is deleted, you will be unable to recover deleted data source and the data in that source.

To delete an existing data source:

  1. In Flexera One, click IT Visibility > Contextual Data Mashup to open the Contextual Data Mashup page.

  2. Click the three dots against the data source that you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete. The Delete Data Source dialog box appears, asking you to confirm if you want to delete the data source.

  4. Click Confirm.

    In some instances, the delete operation will take time and the status will show Delete in Progress.
